1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and btd77 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the btd77 website, including all games, promotions, and financial transactions conducted through the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors and registered users without exception.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on btd77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. btd77 reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any stage.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each natural person may hold only one registered account on btd77. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for OTP verification, account recovery and transaction confirmations.
• You must set a strong, unique password at registration. btd77 recommends a password of at least 8 characters combining upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify btd77 support immediately at [email protected].

KYC Verification

• btd77 conducts KYC verification in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) practices. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or evidence of the payment method used.
• Withdrawal requests above a specified threshold will be subject to enhanced KYC verification. btd77 will communicate the applicable threshold to you directly. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
• btd77 reserves the right to suspend an account or withhold funds pending KYC completion where there are reasonable grounds to suspect identity fraud or misrepresentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on btd77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). btd77 does not accept foreign currency deposits. No currency conversion fees are charged by btd77, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by btd77, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. btd77 may add or remove payment methods at any time. The current list of accepted methods is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible. btd77 reserves the right to void any winnings generated from a third-party deposit pending investigation.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your btd77 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• btd77 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within one to five business hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• btd77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or where KYC requirements have not been satisfied. The player will be notified of the reason for any such delay.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

btd77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term will prevail.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met using bonus funds before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, the standard rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• btd77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of the wagering requirement framework.
• Players suspected of abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to placing equal and opposite bets, staking below the minimum bet threshold, or using multiple accounts — will have their bonuses forfeited and may be subject to account closure.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the designated game(s) stated in the promotion terms. Any winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement stated on the promotion page before withdrawal is permitted.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on btd77. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be referred to the appropriate authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to regular players.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game, match or event offered on the btd77 sportsbook or casino.
• Using the platform to launder money, finance illegal activities, or conduct any transaction that violates applicable Bangladesh financial regulations.
• Registering or operating more than one account on btd77, including the use of different personal details, device fingerprints or IP addresses to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, display faults, or game glitches for financial gain. Any winnings generated through an exploited error are void and will be removed from the account balance without notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: you may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a limit can only be decreased immediately; any increase to a deposit limit is subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Session time reminders: you may set a reminder to appear after a defined period of continuous play, prompting you to review your session and take a break if needed.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btd77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. btd77's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• btd77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own devices and connections are secure.
• In the event of a technical fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, btd77 reserves the right to declare the affected bets void and return stakes to the relevant players. btd77 shall have no further liability in such circumstances.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits btd77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

btd77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, btd77 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to btd77's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through btd77's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. For the avoidance of doubt, btd77 does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its operating territory.
